Registration

Registration will be situated within the main Springfield House Lobby, off King's Road, at the Queen's Suite Lobby.

When you arrive at the Harrogate International Centre please make your way to the Managing Long Term Conditions registration area. This will be sign-posted and will be situated in the Queen's Suite Lobby (access via the Springfield House lobby on King's Road).

Here you'll pick up your Event Guide.

For health and safety reasons, we need to know how many people have turned up to the event, so it's important you register – even if you already have your badge and know where you're going.

How to register

Details will be available January 2010.

May I register by phone?

The easiest way to register is online.

Due to the volume of people wanting to register, and the amount of information we need to garner from you, it is impractical to register over the telephone.

What happens after I've registered?

If you've registered online you will receive a confirmation email shortly after you've finished the online process. This email will include venue information as well as confirmation of the conference sessions you've chosen.

If you've registered via fax or post you will also receive a confirmation email but it will take a little longer to arrive in your inbox.

Three weeks before the event you will also receive your badge in the post.

If you've registered but you haven't submitted an email address, you will receive your badge in the post three weeks before the event. If you don't receive it by then please email conferences@emap.com.

What if I haven't registered before I arrive at the venue?

If you've decided to come to Managing Long Term Conditions at the last minute and haven't had time to previously register, don't worry. You can register on-site.

Note that the event is a first-come first-served basis and that it is recommended you register as soon as possible as places are capped for each stream due to venue size constraints.
