This entitles you to free entry into the exhibition which includes access to the poster exhibition, keynote addresses and a range of visitor attractions and free seminar programme which includes 8 clinical sessions. (Does not include access to the 6 conference streams, tea, coffee or lunch)

Terms and conditions Booking Conditions

A confirmation letter will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. Payment must be received before the conference date. If payment is not received, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment with a personal credit card. HCC reserves the right to change both the programme and speakers without prior notice. (Paying delegates only)

Cancellations and substitutions

A refund less a 20% administration fee will be made if cancellations are received in writing at least 4 weeks before the event. All cancellations after this date cannot be refunded. However, substitute delegates are welcome at any time. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing. Bookings received less than two weeks before the conference date can only be paid by credit card. (Paying delegates only)
